These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Depravity.ai ("Depravity.ai", "we", "us", "our"), including our website, apps, and service (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using Depravity.ai, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance of terms

When you use Depravity.ai, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility and age

Depravity.ai is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to create an account or use the Service. By using Depravity.ai, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you give us is accurate. We may suspend or close any account we believe belongs to a minor.

What Depravity.ai is

Depravity.ai is an uncensored AI chat companion. You start a conversation and the AI talks with you candidly, without corporate filters, canned refusals, or judgment. It is built for honest, grown-up, open-ended conversation. It is software, not a real person, and the experience is meant to sit alongside the real people in your life, never to replace them.

Depravity.ai is not a medical, mental-health, legal, or financial service, and it is not a crisis or emergency service. It does not provide professional advice or treatment of any kind, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, or if you may harm yourself or someone else, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately.

What uncensored means, and the hard lines

"Uncensored" here means the Service is free of corporate filters and judgment. It is not free of law. There are hard lines we will never cross and never let you cross. You agree not to use the Service to create, request, or share anything that:

• Involves minors in any sexual or exploitative way, whatsoever.
• Depicts or promotes non-consent, coercion, or abuse of real people.
• Is illegal, or that facilitates serious harm, violence, or crime.

These lines are absolute. We use automated and human review to enforce them, we will refuse such requests, and we may remove accounts and report activity where the law requires.

Acceptable use

Beyond the hard lines above, we ask you to use the Service responsibly. To keep this a safe place, you agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, threaten, defame, or abuse real people.
• Use the Service for fraud, deception, or any unlawful purpose.
• Disrupt or interfere with the Service, attempt to reverse engineer or copy it, or access it through automated means we have not authorized.
• Resell the Service or use it in any way that harms Depravity.ai, other users, or third parties.

We may suspend or limit accounts that put the Service or other people at risk.

No real-person likeness

The Service is for conversation with an AI, not for impersonating or sexualizing real, identifiable people. You agree not to use Depravity.ai to depict, imitate, or generate content about a real individual without their consent. The personas and cameo art you see are original works and are not real people.

Your account

Your account is for one person, you. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for the activity that happens under your account. Please use a valid email address and let us know promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

Subscriptions and billing

Depravity.ai is a paid service offered through subscription plans, billed in USD. Paid plans renew automatically for the same period until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime from your account settings. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. We may change our prices or plans from time to time, and we will give you reasonable notice before a change affects you.

No guarantees of outcome

Depravity.ai offers candid conversation and entertainment. We make no promise that it will meet any emotional, medical, or therapeutic need, and it should never be relied on for medical, legal, financial, or other important decisions. The AI can be wrong, incomplete, or mistaken, and it can misunderstand what you mean. Use your own judgment, and seek qualified human help when a decision really matters.

Content you share

The messages and content you share with Depravity.ai are yours, and you keep ownership of them. To run the Service, such as storing your messages and generating responses, you grant us a limited license to use that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service for you. We do not use your private conversations to train advertising, and you can review, export, or delete your content as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

Depravity.ai, including its name, design, software, and the content we provide, belongs to us and is protected by intellectual-property laws. The cameo portraits and persona art are original works owned by Depravity.ai, are not real people, and may not be copied, redistributed, or used outside the Service. These Terms do not give you any rights in our brand, art, or technology beyond using the Service as intended. The content you create remains yours.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We work hard to make Depravity.ai reliable and available, but we provide the Service "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Depravity.ai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim. Some places do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to cover us for reasonable claims, losses, and costs that arise from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms, to the extent the law allows.

Termination

You can stop using Depravity.ai and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms others or the Service itself. Provisions that by their nature should survive, such as those about content licenses, disclaimers, and liability, continue to apply after your account ends.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Depravity.ai operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled by the courts located there, unless mandatory local law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms as Depravity.ai evolves. If we make a meaningful change, we will let you know through the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
