CrushOn AI Pricing: Plans, Credits and Cost

CrushOn AI pricing starts at $5.99 a month for Standard and runs through Premium at $14.99, Luxe at $39.99, Elite at $89.99 and Imperial at $199.99, or $58.88 to $1,799.99 a year on annual billing, according to CrushOn's live pricing page read on September 21, 2026. No membership is unlimited. Every tier is a monthly allowance of message credits that premium models draw down, and unlimited use of CrushOn's Pro models is a separate Chat Package at $39.99 a month on top of the membership. The Deluxe plan most reviews still quote as the unlimited option is marked "Retired". CrushOn's terms say it "will not issue refunds of usage fees".

We rendered crushon.ai/pricing in a real browser with both the monthly and annual toggles, and read its Terms of Use (last modified July 22, 2025) and Privacy Policy (last modified March 6, 2025) the same day. We sell a competing product, so weigh our conclusions accordingly. The figures and quotes are CrushOn's.

How much does CrushOn AI cost per month?

Five paid memberships, and a free plan. Monthly prices as shown on September 21, 2026:

If a review tells you Premium is $10.49 a month on annual billing, or that Deluxe is $49.90 with unlimited messages, it is describing an older version of this page. On the live page, the Deluxe card carries one word, "Retired", and the annual Premium plan works out to $7.90 a month.

What do CrushOn message credits pay for?

They are the meter behind every plan, and they are the part most buyers skip. Each card says the same three things: "Unlimited access to Free Models", "Consume Credits to access Pro Models", and "Consume Credits to access Ultra Models" (Ultra models are unavailable on Free). So a membership gives you unlimited chat with CrushOn's basic models and a fixed monthly budget for the better ones. The Free plan's budget is 100 credits a month. Standard's is 2,000. Imperial's is 125,000.

CrushOn does not print, on the pricing page, how many credits a single message on a Pro or Ultra model costs. That is the number that decides whether 6,000 credits last you a month or a weekend, and without it the credit figures are hard to compare with anything. Higher tiers soften the gap with discounts on extra credit purchases, from "Extra 5%" on Standard to "Extra 25%" on Imperial, and a once-a-month discounted "Message Credit Capacity Expansion".

The other limits scale with price too. Maximum AI message length runs from 225 on Free to 650 on Imperial, and only Luxe and above "Can adjust AI Message Length". History per character runs from 200 messages on Free to 1,500 on Imperial. One Free-plan line deserves a direct quote because it is easy to miss: "Chat History will be deleted after 7 days of inactivity." On paid plans the line reads "Chat History is kept during the Membership Period", which implies the same clock starts when a membership lapses, although the page does not say so.

Is CrushOn AI unlimited?

Not on any membership by itself. The page makes this explicit in a banner between the plans that asks "Want Unlimited Chats?" and answers with any membership plus the Pro Models Chat Package. The Chat Package is described as "unlimited, credit-free access to Pro Models. It works alongside any membership and doesn't consume your Monthly or Bonus credits." It costs $39.99 a month, or $299.99 a year.

Two caveats come with it, both from the same card. The package covers Pro models, not Ultra models, so Ultra use still draws credits. And "most Pro Models require a membership to access", so the package is an add-on rather than a substitute. CrushOn sells two bundles to make that easier: Premium plus the Chat Package for $49.99 a month ($394.88 a year), and Luxe plus the Chat Package for $69.99 a month ($599.98 a year).

That puts the real price of "unlimited" on CrushOn at $49.99 a month at the lowest, for the Premium bundle, and it is unlimited only on the Pro model tier. Anyone comparing CrushOn with a competitor that advertises unlimited chat should compare against that figure, not against $5.99.

Is CrushOn's annual plan worth it?

On most tiers it is a genuine saving. Premium is the standout: $94.88 a year against $179.88 for twelve monthly payments, a saving of $85. Luxe, Elite and Imperial come out 37%, 26% and 25% below twelve monthly payments, and those savings match the figures CrushOn prints.

Standard is the exception. Its annual card says "Save $21 (26% Off)" and shows $58.88 against a struck-through $79.88. But twelve payments at the current $5.99 monthly price come to $71.88, not $79.88, so the real saving over paying monthly is $13.00. The struck-through figure is higher than anything the monthly plan actually charges. It is a small amount, and it is the kind of thing worth checking on every tier before you commit a year.

The bigger question with an annual plan is the refund policy, because a year is a long time to be locked into a product you have stopped using. That is the next section.

Can I get a refund from CrushOn AI?

CrushOn's terms say no. The Refund Policy section of its Terms of Use, last modified July 22, 2025, reads: "Before becoming a member of the Service carefully review the financial terms and other policies and documents. We will not issue refunds of usage fees." The cancellation section adds: "We do not offer partial refunds or credits for unused time, mid-cycle cancellations, or downgrades."

The same section has a clause about chargebacks that goes further than most. You agree not to dispute a charge with your card issuer "except in the case of fraud", and if you do, CrushOn "may, in its sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future transactions or entries made from all credit card accounts" associated with you. Subscription questions go to a support ticket on Discord, according to the same terms. The terms are governed by Hong Kong law, and they state that the service "shall be deemed solely based in Hong Kong".

One mismatch worth knowing: the terms describe billing as happening "on a recurring monthly basis" and renewing "on the same calendar day each month". They do not describe annual billing, although the pricing page sells annual plans on every tier. If you buy an annual plan, the only written refund position that applies is the general one, which is none.

How do I cancel a CrushOn AI subscription?

From your account. The terms give the path: "Profile → My Subscription → Manage → Cancel Subscription." Service stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, and "no further charges will occur". The deadline matters: "Cancellations must be submitted before your next billing date. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the next billing cycle, which will not be refunded."

Because renewals land on the same calendar day each month and a late cancellation is not refunded, the renewal date is the one number to keep track of. If you run several subscriptions like this, it is worth being able to get an alert before a subscription renews rather than finding out from the statement. If you subscribed inside the Apple or Google app, the store is the one billing you, so cancel in that store's subscriptions screen.

Does paying stop CrushOn training on your chats?

Nothing on the pricing page or in the privacy policy says so. The Privacy Policy, last modified March 6, 2025, states in its Chats section: "We may use User Content from character chats to train AI models." Elsewhere it says chat content is used "in a general way for training our models and we will not link chat contents to specific users." Neither passage distinguishes free users from paying ones.

The policy also describes advertising use that a paid membership does not switch off: retargeting and "Online Advertising", Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, and, in the mobile app, third-party advertising SDKs that may "develop and assess aspects of a profile about you". Is CrushOn AI worth paying for?

For one buyer, clearly yes. If you want a huge community character library, group chats, custom voices and a menu of models, and you are happy on the basic models most of the time, Premium on annual billing at $7.90 a month is cheap for what it opens up, and the free plan lets you find out whether you like the library before you pay anything. CrushOn's pricing page is also unusually detailed; every limit is on the card, which is more than several competitors manage.

It is a harder sell for two others. The first is anyone who wants unlimited chat on the better models, because that costs $49.99 a month at minimum once the Chat Package is added. The second is anyone who wants a simple relationship with the company billing them: a refund position that is not "none", a support channel that is not a Discord ticket, and a privacy policy that does not reserve the right to train on the conversation.
