PepHop AI does not sell unlimited messages. On October 15, 2026 its pricing page listed three plans, all capped per month: Lite at $4.99 for 2,000 messages, Classic at $9.99 for 5,000 and Elite at $29.99 for 16,000. Searches for "pephop ai free unlimited" lead nowhere, because no free or paid unlimited tier exists on PepHop's own page. If you want adult AI chat without a message meter, Depravity is uncensored AI chat for US adults 18 and over with unlimited messages on every plan, at $15 a month or $12 a month billed yearly.

We read PepHop's pricing page, refund policy and FAQ in a real browser on October 15, 2026. Every number below comes from those pages. The per-message math is ours, and we show it so you can check it.

Does PepHop AI have unlimited messages?

No. Every paid plan on pephop.ai has a monthly message allowance, and the free tier is a small trial rather than an ongoing plan. The refund policy describes it as "a limited number of free messages to evaluate our services before making a purchase". The phrase "unlimited messages" does not appear anywhere on the pricing page.

That matters because "pephop ai unlimited messages" and "pephop ai free unlimited" both show up in Google autocomplete. People are looking for a tier that is not there. Some third-party review sites describe PepHop loosely enough to suggest otherwise, so it is worth going to the source before you pay.

PepHop plans and message caps

PlanMonthly priceMessages per monthCost per 1,000 messagesAbout per day (30 days)
Lite$4.992,000$2.5066
Classic ("Most popular")$9.995,000$2.00166
Elite$29.9916,000$1.87533
Depravity Open$15 ($12 billed yearly)UnlimitedFalls the more you chatNo cap

Classic and Elite both list "Enhanced chat memory". Elite adds "Priority to new features & support". All three list "High-quality AI responses" and "Fast response", so the main thing you are paying more for is a bigger bucket.

How fast do 5,000 messages go?

Faster than the number suggests. In character roleplay, a "message" is not a whole conversation. Every reply the bot writes counts, and so does every reroll when you ask it to try again. Someone who regenerates each reply twice before keeping one uses three messages per turn.

Take a fairly ordinary evening: a scene of 60 turns, with an average of two generations per turn. That is about 120 messages. Do that every night and Classic's 5,000 lasts about 41 nights, roughly six weeks. Let it generate three times per turn instead of two and that becomes about 180 messages a night, which empties Classic in about 27 nights, under four weeks. Lite's 2,000 covers about 16 nights of the lighter pattern. Elite's 16,000 is enough for most people, but at $29.99 you are paying double what an unmetered plan costs.

The pricing page does not say what happens when you reach the cap, whether unused messages roll over to the next month, or whether a top-up exists. We could not confirm any of those without a paid account, so we are not going to guess. If that answer matters to you, ask billing@pephop.ai before you subscribe, and get the reply in writing.

That "limited-time offer" on the pricing page

The top of PepHop's pricing page reads "Exclusive Limited-Time Offer" and "Just $9.99/Month", followed by "Hurry, Offer Ends in" and a countdown, which read 23:59:56 when we loaded it. The Classic plan listed directly underneath costs $9.99 a month. The offer and the regular price are the same number. There is nothing wrong with taking Classic at $9.99, but there is no reason to hurry for it either.

The same banner says "Join Over 200K+ Satisfied Users". That is PepHop's own figure and we have no way to verify it.

Can you get a refund if the cap is too small?

Probably not. PepHop's Refund and Fraud Policy, last updated January 17, 2024, says "we generally do not offer refunds for purchases or subscriptions", and that "By proceeding with a paid subscription after the limited-message free trial, users indicate their satisfaction with Pephop.ai and acknowledge our no refund policy." Requests under consumer protection law go to contact@pephop.ai and are reviewed case by case. The policy also warns that users "may be responsible for chargeback fees if claims are found to be fraudulent".

So the free trial is effectively your only test. Use it the way you would actually chat, rerolls included, and count how many messages one real session takes before you pick a plan.

Where else PepHop takes payment

PepHop's About page links a PepHop page on SubscribeStar, a creator subscription platform, in addition to the plans on its own site. If you run more than one AI chat subscription, these charges can show up under different merchant names and on different dates, which makes it easy to keep paying for one you stopped using. The quickest way to catch that is to turn a PDF card statement into a spreadsheet, sort by merchant, and look for every recurring charge at once.

Which PepHop plan makes sense, and when to skip it

  • Lite ($4.99) fits someone who chats a few times a week and rarely rerolls. Under about 60 messages a day on average, it is the cheapest paid option in this category.
  • Classic ($9.99) fits steady daily use with short scenes. If you finish most months with messages to spare, it is good value.
  • Elite ($29.99) only makes sense if you need PepHop specifically, for its community character library. For volume alone, it costs twice an unmetered plan.
  • Skip the meter entirely if you run long roleplays, reroll a lot, or simply do not want a counter in the back of your mind.

The cap is not the only thing worth reading before you pay. PepHop's terms point to an arbitration section that does not exist, and its privacy policy has no date and names a fictional country from a video game. We went through every one of its policy pages in PepHop AI alternative.

What PepHop does better than we do

PepHop is cheaper if you chat lightly. Lite at $4.99 is a third of our monthly price, and for a few short chats a week that is a real saving. PepHop also has a large public library of community-made characters, and a free trial before you pay. We have no public library and no free plan.

What we offer instead is the absence of a meter. Every Depravity plan includes unlimited messages with your companion, long-term memory, and chats you can export or delete. The adult rule and our hard lines (nothing involving minors, nothing non-consensual, nothing illegal) are in the terms. If message caps are the reason you are reading this, that is the difference that matters. The plans are on our pricing page, and we compared how other apps meter messages in AI chat message limit reached.

Frequently asked questions

Is PepHop AI free?

Only for a short trial. New accounts get a limited number of free messages, which PepHop's refund policy describes as a way "to evaluate our services before making a purchase". After that you need a paid plan: Lite at $4.99, Classic at $9.99 or Elite at $29.99 a month, read on October 15, 2026.

Does PepHop have an unlimited plan?

No. The largest plan, Elite at $29.99 a month, includes 16,000 messages. Every plan on the pricing page lists a monthly message number, and none is described as unlimited.

What happens when you run out of PepHop messages?

PepHop's pricing page does not say, and neither do its terms or FAQ. We could not confirm whether unused messages roll over or whether top-ups exist without a paid account. Ask billing@pephop.ai before subscribing if it matters to you.

Is there an AI chat with unlimited messages for adults?

Yes. Depravity includes unlimited messages on every plan, from $15 a month or $12 a month billed yearly, for adults 18 and over. Several character libraries also have free tiers with limits of their own. Check each one's current pricing page, since caps change.
