The practical move is simple: install the app, open the subscription screen, and read your own price before you commit to anything. It is the only figure that is actually about you, since it reflects your country, your store account and any promotion currently live.

What do Replika Pro, Ultra and Platinum each unlock?

This part Replika does document properly, tier by tier. The feature lists below are taken from the help center and the definitions section of the Terms of Service.

Two things in that table matter more than the rest. Ultra is annual only, so there is no cheap monthly way to sample it, and if you already hold a Lifetime subscription Replika states Ultra is included at no extra charge. No. Replika answers this directly: "Right now, we don't offer a free trial." That is a reasonable arrangement, but it does mean you cannot test Pro, Ultra or Platinum before being charged for a full billing period.

The billing mechanics to read before you subscribe

The pricing is opaque, but the billing rules are published clearly, and a few of them catch people out. These are all from the March 2026 Terms of Service and the help center.

The account-deletion rule is the one that generates the most complaints, and it is not really Replika's doing: when you buy through Apple or Google, the store owns the billing relationship and the app has no ability to stop it. What to check before you subscribe

Four things, in order. Open the in-app subscription screen and read your actual price rather than a review's. Decide which tier holds the feature you want, since Ultra is annual only and Platinum's headline features are weekly-capped. Note which store you are buying through, because that is the only place you will be able to cancel. And set a reminder before the first renewal, because there is no trial, no proration, and no refund on a period you have already entered.
