What Muah AI actually sells
Muah AI presents itself as an AI girlfriend and companion platform for adults. You build a character with a Core Prompt for the conversation and a separate Look-Like description for generated photos, then talk by text, voice or live call, and generate photos and video.
That makes it a strong pick if you want one character to cover every format. It is a weaker fit if all you wanted was a long roleplay in writing, because most of the product is the media you would be paying for around it.

How much does Muah AI cost?
We could not read a dollar price on any public Muah page, so we do not quote one. The guides say plans differ in access to chat, photos, advanced media, voice and calls, and that video generation shows its own cost in the app. That means a plan price is only part of what you can end up paying.

Can you get a refund from Muah AI?
Not as a rule. The Terms say consumer subscription purchases are not refundable, then allow support to grant a one-time exception in special circumstances. If you dispute the charge with your card issuer without contacting support first, Muah says it will contest the dispute.
If you are in the US, the practical reading is to email support with your reason before you do anything else. Depravity has no lock in and no cancellation fee.

Is Muah AI private?
The Privacy Policy says it may share personal information with service providers, disclose it to meet legal obligations and transfer it in a business sale, and that you can ask to access or delete your data. In the text we read, chat content is never mentioned, so the policy neither promises nor denies anything about it.
