Dittin AI alternative now that dittin.ai has gone offline
If you searched for a Dittin AI alternative, the site has probably stopped loading for you, and it has stopped loading for everyone. On October 14, 2026 the domain dittin.ai returned no nameservers at all, which means no browser, app or API call anywhere can find a server behind it. That is a different thing from a crash or a busy evening.

Short answer
Dittin AI is offline. As of October 14, 2026, dittin.ai has no nameservers, so nothing can load from it, and the Internet Archive has no capture since January 13, 2026. There is no Dittin app in the US App Store. Its refund policy said "All sales are final and no refund will be issued", and its privacy policy never mentions chats at all. Chats stored only on Dittin servers cannot be recovered. If you want an uncensored replacement that is still running, Depravity is a paid AI chat for US adults 18 and over at $15 a month, or $12 a month billed yearly, with unlimited messages and chats you can export.
We pieced together what Dittin was from the pages it left in the Internet Archive: the pricing page captured December 8, 2025, the homepage captured January 13, 2026 (the last capture of any kind), and its terms, refund policy and privacy policy. Below is what those pages promised, what they never said, and how to pick a replacement that will not leave you in the same position.
What makes it feel honest
Dittin AI alternative, the way it should feel
Still here, and paid for
A product with a published dollar price and paying customers has a reason to keep the servers on. Dittin ran a free tier with a queue and disappeared without a notice we could find.
Export or delete anytime
Your conversations can be exported or deleted from your account whenever you want, so nothing you write depends on one company keeping its domain alive.
The adult rule is written down
Explicit chat between consenting adults is allowed on every plan, and the same three hard lines sit on every page: nothing involving minors, nothing non-consensual, nothing illegal.

How we checked whether Dittin AI is still online, run October 14, 2026
| Check | What it tells you | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Nameservers for dittin.ai | Which servers answer for the domain. Every working site has at least two. | None returned. The domain is registered but delegated to nothing, so no address can be looked up for it. |
| Address lookup for dittin.ai and app.dittin.ai | Where a browser or the app would connect. | No address for either hostname. A browser shows a DNS error before any page can load. |
| Domain registration (whois) | Whether the name was dropped or is still held. | Still registered, expiring December 26, 2027, record last updated August 12, 2026. Someone holds the name; nothing is served from it. |
| Last Internet Archive capture of the homepage | When a crawler last reached a working page. | January 13, 2026. The homepage that day still announced NSFW AI video generation as newly live. |
| Last capture of the pricing page | When the plan prices were last publicly visible. | December 8, 2025, showing Free, Premium at $14.99 a month and Premium yearly at $7.50 a month. |
| US App Store search for "dittin" | Whether an official app survives on iPhone. | No Dittin app. The results were unrelated calendar and calculator apps. |
| Shutdown announcement | Whether users were told and given an export window. | We found none: no notice on the last captured pages and no news coverage. If you saw one in Discord, it never reached the site. |
Is Dittin AI down?
Yes, and not in the temporary way an overloaded server is down. When a site crashes, its domain still points somewhere and you get an error page or a timeout. dittin.ai does not point anywhere. On October 14, 2026 a lookup for its nameservers came back empty, the main hostname and the app hostname had no address, and a real browser stopped at a DNS error. A missing delegation like that does not come back on its own after a busy weekend.
The domain registration itself is still active until December 26, 2027, and the record was last touched on August 12, 2026. That is why some people expect a return. A held domain is not a running service, though, and in nine months the Internet Archive has not managed a single capture of any Dittin page after January 13, 2026.
Dittin is not the first character platform to vanish this way. We tracked the same pattern in did Figgs AI shut down and Figgs AI alternative.
What Dittin AI was, and what it charged
Dittin billed itself, in its own page title, as an "NSFW AI Chat & Image Generation Platform". You chatted with community-made characters, built your own, generated images with coins, and from early 2026 its homepage announced that "NSFW AI video generation is now live".
The December 8, 2025 pricing page listed three options. Free cost $0.00 with "Unstable AI response quality", "Queueing required during peak usage" and a memory length of 1.6k. Premium was $14.99 a month with "No queueing, real-time responses", a memory length of 4k and 100 image coins a month. Premium yearly showed "$7.50 / Month" under a "Save 50%" badge, which works out to about $90 billed up front.
Two details on that page matter now. The FAQ said your bank statement "will show a payment to our parent company Yu'An (Beijing), and will not display any information about Dittin AI", and checkout also accepted crypto through a third-party payment processor. If you are checking your statement for a charge to cancel, you will not find the word Dittin on it.
Can I get my Dittin AI characters or chats back?
If they only ever lived on Dittin servers, no. There is no login page to reach, no export tool, and no support address that can answer, because all of those depend on the domain resolving. No third-party service can pull your history out of a database it has no access to, whatever it advertises.
Two partial routes are worth a few minutes. First, if you published a character, its public page may sit in the Internet Archive, which captured many public dittin.ai/user pages in January 2026. Search the archive for the exact page address; the description text and greeting are often readable. Second, check your own devices for screenshots, copied prompts or system prompts you pasted from somewhere else. Several popular Dittin creators kept their system prompts public, so a character you loved may be rebuildable from its creator's notes.
Whatever you rebuild, keep a copy outside the app this time. Any service can disappear, ours included, and the only history that survives that is the one you exported.

What Dittin's refund, terms and privacy pages actually said
The refund policy, last updated May 17, 2024, was one sentence long under REFUNDS: "All sales are final and no refund will be issued." It did not make an exception for the service ending. If you paid for a year in late 2025, the policy on file offered nothing back, and your card issuer is the only remaining route for a charge on a service that stopped delivering.
The terms of service, also dated May 17, 2024, were a generic website-use template that says the materials are provided "as is". They never mention explicit content, age, subscriptions or what happens to your account. For a platform built around NSFW chat, the contract never said what was allowed.
The privacy policy has no section on conversations. Outside the menu, the words chat, message and conversation do not appear in its text, and neither does any statement about model training. What it does include is a clause allowing user data to be used or transferred in "a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer" of assets, including "as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding". On a service that went dark without a notice, that is the clause that now governs whatever data you left there.
Its public tag list on January 13, 2026 also ran to incest and celebrity tags. Those are categories we refuse outright, and it is worth knowing that a replacement with a written rule will say no to some of what Dittin hosted.
If data handling is what pushed you to look, compare the written policies in which AI chatbots do not train on your data.
What to look for in a Dittin AI replacement
Dittin's ending points at the four questions worth asking any replacement before you pay.
- Does the written contract allow adult content, or only the marketing? Several big names advertise no filter while their terms ban NSFW.
- Can you export your chats and characters, today, from your own account?
- Is the price published in dollars, and does the card statement say who charged you?
- Is there a refund policy that covers the service failing, or only one sentence saying all sales are final?
For the first question on specific brands, see CrushOn AI uncensored, where the homepage and the terms disagree.
Dittin AI alternatives compared
The closest replacements for what Dittin did are character libraries that permit adult roleplay in their rules. Janitor AI and SpicyChat are the two most people land on; both have large community catalogs, and each has its own filter and payment quirks that we document on separate pages. Chub AI suits people who want to bring their own model key. SillyTavern is free, self-hosted software and the right answer if you have the hardware and want full control.
Depravity is narrower. It is one private, uncensored AI companion chat for adults, with long-term memory, unlimited messages on every plan, chats you can export or delete, and the adult rule in the terms. There is no community character library and no image or video generation, so if Dittin's image coins were the main draw, we are not the replacement for that part.

What Dittin did better than we do
Dittin had a free tier you could use without paying, a big community library where creators published and remixed characters, and image and video generation in the same app. We have none of those three. Its yearly Premium also worked out cheaper per month than our monthly plan.
Where we differ is in the parts that failed. Our price is published in dollars and the charge names us. The adult rule is in the contract. Your history can leave with you. And we are a paid product, which is the plainest reason a service keeps its servers running.
Which option fits you
Pick by what you actually used Dittin for.
- You want a huge free character catalog with adult roleplay allowed. Try Janitor AI or SpicyChat first and read their current rules before paying.
- You want image or video generation. We do not generate images, so you need a different product.
- You want full control and own a capable GPU. SillyTavern is free and self-hosted.
- You want one private companion that remembers you, with the adult rule in writing and chats you can export. That is what Depravity is built for, from $12 a month billed yearly.
Our current prices are on the pricing page, and the wider field is in best uncensored AI chatbots compared.
